For the nine months ended 30 September 2005, CD&L, Inc.'s revenues rose 13% to $163.7M. Net income totaled $1.9M up from $670K. Revenues reflect an increase in volume from new and existing customers and expansion to new geographic locations. Net income also benfitted from improved gross sales margins, reduced interest expense, higher interest income and other higher business related income and lower business expenditure.
